The Zeus Steel Post with base plate is designed for straightforward surface mounting:
- Mark post positions based on your panel layout — Zeus panels are 2400mm wide, so posts are typically spaced at 2400mm centres.
- Drill fixing holes into your concrete or paved surface using the base plate as a template.
- Anchor the post using chemical anchors or mechanical anchors suitable for your substrate.
- Check the post is plumb and allow anchors to cure before loading with panels.
- Attach Zeus Security Fence Panels to posts using the Zeus panel fixings system.
Tip for DIYers: Always use a spirit level to ensure posts are plumb before your anchor sets. An out-of-plumb post will make panel alignment difficult.
